No. The Jetty Island ferry does not operate year-round. It is offered on a seasonal basis and is available by reservation. Reservations will be available five days a week (Wednesday – Sunday) from July 5 to Sept. 3.

A roundtrip ferry ticket to Jetty Island is $3 per person on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and $5 per person Fridays through Sundays. Pre-purchased parking is available here for $2 per car for 8 hours.

Upon ticket purchase/confirmation, you will receive a link to pre-reserve a return time. Otherwise, when you arrive at the island, you must select an available return time ticket for each person in your party. This allows you to decide how long you wish to stay. Return tickets are limited to the capacity available on each ferry trip, so it’s important to grab your return ticket upon arrival. Available times are first come, first served.

The ferry departs the Jetty Island Ferry Landing every 15-30 minutes; ticket holders must be onsite to begin boarding 15 minutes before departure. Ferry reservations are required to guarantee your seat(s) on the ferry.

Be sure to pack in anything you need to enjoy a fun day at the beach. We suggest you bring plenty of water and any food items you may want while on the island. We cannot stress water enough as there is no running water on the island, and no concessionaires offering food or drink. We also recommend beach chairs, umbrellas, sand and water toys, kites, sunscreen, towels, etc.

No. There are no food and drink, or other concessionaire options once you arrive to the island. Pack in what you need for food and drink (we can’t stress water enough!) and be sure to pack it out with you to keep the island clean.

No. Camping is not allowed on the island, unless as part of a City parks sponsored and/or permitted program.

No pets are allowed on the ferry or out on the island. Jetty Island is a nature preserve providing key habitat for various bird species and other wildlife that could be spooked by our four-legged friends. Service animals are allowed.

Yes, the Port of Everett offers a guest moorage dock for mooring private boats while visiting the island. Guest moorage is free for up to six hours, thereafter, posted rates apply and can be paid via the DockWA mobile app. Simply search Port of Everett to find and pay for your stay. Maximum moorage stay is two days.

The Port of Everett’s Jetty Landing Ferry Dock is ADA accessible, and Argosy Cruises offers an ADA ramp for boarding the ferry vessel; however, Jetty Island is a natural sandy beach habitat and is not ADA accessible.

Yes, but only in designated fire pits. There are three designated fire pits located near the main beach available for use on a first come, first serve basis. Visitors must provide their own firewood and the fire must not be left unattended. Beach fires or burning of driftwood is not allowed.

Safety has been Bird’s top priority since day one. Bird has built several features in app to address safety, including Helmet Selfie, Warm-Up Mode, as well as in-app safety tutorials, and a safety video available on our blog and website. Additionally, each city will also have an Account Manager who can work closely with your team to address any safety concerns if they arise. Your dedicated account manager will also be able to walk you through all new safety features, and update you as we release new ones as well .

Renting a Bird will cost the rider a $1 unlock fee + a per minute fee. Billing is all done through the Bird app with a credit or debit card. Bird has discounted pricing programs available for frontline workers, active duty and retired military personnel, low-income, veterans, senior citizens and select community and non-profit groups.

Bird scooters go up to 15mph, which aligns with the speed of the casual biker. There is also the ability to create slow speed zones and adjust the speed. “Warm-up mode” is available for all riders which will automatically soften a Bird scooter’s acceleration, allowing riders to slowly work their way up to full speed.

Bird follows a dockless model, which means riders can park wherever they would like within the operating area. The bird app further educates riders where and how to park: at a bike rack when available, not blocking the right-of-way, sidewalks, ADA ramps, or driveways. At the end of each Bird ride, riders will be promoted to take a picture of the parked scooter as proof.

A Bird+ Subscription is a prepaid product subject to automatic auto-renewal that allows you to utilize Bird vehicles at a discounted rate and get additional benefits.
The Bird+ Subscription will be automatically renewed for the same length of time as the original Bird+ Subscription period and will continue indefinitely until you cancel your Bird+ Subscription before the next auto-renewal date.
