Schack Holiday Exhibition 2023

Featuring the 70th Anniversary of the R.O.K & U.S. Alliance and the Korean American Artists Association of Washington State (KAAW) 32nd Members’ Exhibition.

Seattle Men's Chorus - A TREEmendous Holiday

Everett's Sons of Norway lodge, known as Normanna, hosts Pancake Breakfasts on the second Saturday. There will be a sit down option as well as a drive-thru option to get Swedish pancakes, strawberries, and ham.  Alle er velkomme!

Wendt and Mayor's Arts Awards

Each year we celebrate art and artists in our Everett community while honoring Richard and Nancy Wendt for their contributions to Everett's arts and culture during their lifetimes, and other people and organizations contributions their gifts to better our community. Nominations for artists, arts organizations, art educators, and arts catalysts are open now through December 29, 2023.

The Everett Farmers Market is the place to get the best produce, flowers, homemade gifts and so many more beautiful things. Fisherman's Village is Everett's beloved annual outdoor music festival. Located in the heart of downtown, FVMF features fun for the whole family and affordable tickets. The 2023 lineup was awesome. We cannot wait for it to come back next year.

Artists' Garage Sale

June 1, 2024

Looking to get artwork at a great bargain or looking to expand your collection? Then the Schack's Artists’ Garage sale is meant for you! Artists are clearing out their garages and studios to make way for new masterpieces, which means you get in on some great deals. Find that perfect piece for your collection (or a perfect gift), including glass, ceramics, watercolors, oil, photography, recycled art and much more. Located on Hoyt outside of the Schack Art Center, bargain your way to the sales and see what types of deals you can find.

Sorticulture

June 7-9, 2024 - Friday through Sunday

Sorticulture is a three-day event hosted by the City of Everett that celebrates all things garden and the outdoors. The festival celebrates the Pacific Northwest with garden art, local plants and flowers and handmade outdoor products (the kettle corn is a great perk too). Whether you are looking for that specific rare plant to complete your garden or just enjoying the scenery, there’s lots to look at and buy to take your home and garden to the next level.

Jetty Island Days

Jetty Island Days is provided in partnership by the Port of Everett, City of Everett and Snohomish County, bringing nearly 50,000 visitors to the island every summer.

Music at the Marina 

Thursdays in July and August

Grab an extra chair, boat or blanket for a chance to join the crowd and listen to local artists, and don’t forget your dancing shoes. Whether on the water or right by the stage, you get to enjoy the music of some of the hottest local artists all summer long (the beautiful marina is pretty great too). And we can’t forget about the food trucks and beer garden that are there to satisfy your cravings.

Everett 3on3 

July 13 - 14, 2024

Everett 3 on 3 takes over the streets of downtown Everett with Center Court at Hewitt and Colby.  Think about creating a team of three, come up with a great name, and show off your skills as you face others in the game of basketball in 2024. Not only is there the basketball tournament, there’s other contests to participate in as well: 3 Point Shot Contest, Everett Downtown Storage Skills Challenge and Slam Dunk contest. Be a part of the fun or come to cheer on your favorite players and teams!

Sail in Cinema

Fridays in July and August

Friday nights at the Port of Everett’s Boxcar Park, the Port of Everett’s Sail-in Cinema is the only waterfront movie series in Snohomish County, offering free, family-friendly movies.

Mother of All Garage Sales

1st Saturday in August

100 homes in 1 neighborhood. Start at the tip of the peninsula by Legion Park and work your way south through Northwest Neighborhood to the Bayside Neighborhood. So many homes have treasures to sell. Food can be found at Drew Nielsen Park, or down on the waterfront. Portapotties are scattered throughout, too. Bring your cash (some accept cards) or simply window shop.

August

The City of Everett invites you to tinkle the ivories on a selection of painted pianos to help you channel your inner Mozart or Elton John. Young and old, novice and professional, are all welcome to take part in the fun. This program began in 2010 and after a long Covid-19 hiatus, it was back in 2023.

Sip on the Sound at the Port of Everett

August 

Sip and walk around the scenic Port of Everett Marina & Waterfront Place.  The festival celebrates world-class Washington wineries, craft cocktails, international spirit flights, beer and bubbles, all as a fundraiser to support local youth boating programs.

Dahlia Show

August 

Catch the display of more than 2,500 dahlias as single blooms, triple blooms, 5-blooms, in baskets, and in artistic arrangements. Find the flowers in Floral Hall at Forest Park. Appropriate, right?

Fresh Paint, hosted by the Schack Art Center, is the summer’s biggest art festival where you can purchase art directly from the artists themselves - fresh off the easel! Explore over 100 booths, live music and so much more while you watch artists at work create one-of-a-kind pieces. Who doesn’t love local art and a great time? Explore your creativity.

SculptureWalk - Two Day Exhibition

This is Evergreen Arboretum and Garden's captivating two-day outdoor sculpture exhibition offered in conjunction with Northwest Stone Sculptors Association (NWSSA). This event is a feast for the senses, showcasing an array of exquisite sculptures created by talented member artists of the NWSSA.

Port of Everett Working Waterfront Harbor Tours

July and August

The Port of Everett offers Working Waterfront Harbor Tours on Fridays in July and August aboard the 60-passenger Jetty Island Ferry. The guided tour explores the diverse roles the Port of Everett plays along the waterfront from the operation of its international seaport, public marina facilities, real estate development, environmental stewardship, public access, and more! Reservations are required.

Wheels on the Waterfront

The Wheels On The Waterfront car show is held at the Port of Everett’s Boxcar Park. The show, which features classic cars, trucks and bikes, benefits the Providence Regional Cancer Partnership. Enjoy live music, food, raffle prizes and more!
