    All applications are reviewed by our jury on a rolling basis. Acceptance emails will begin in mid-January 2026. If selected, our team will provide you with payment instructions via email. We accept checks or credit card payments. Do not send payment until receiving your acceptance letter.

  15. Sorticulture Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement

    To the maximum extent allowed by law, in consideration of accepting the application and allowing participation at Sorticulture, Applicant waives, releases and discharges the City of Everett, its officers, employees, agents and volunteers and all event sponsors from any and all liability for bodily injury, tortuous or other injury including death, property damage or loss, cost or expense of any kind, whether foreseen or unforeseen, arising out of or relating to Applicant's participation at Sorticulture. The Applicant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Everett, its officers, employees, agents and volunteers and all event sponsors from all claims, suits, damages or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees and costs, for personal injury including death or for damage to property, arising out of or relating to Applicant's participation at Sorticulture. Applicant agrees to operate its activities (including its booth, if applicable) in a safe and tasteful manner. Applicant agrees to comply with the laws of Washington, Snohomish County and the City of Everett, and to obtain all necessary permits. Applicant agrees to comply with all Sorticulture rules and policies. If Applicant is a food vendor, Applicant agrees to comply with all requirements of the Snohomish Health District. By submitting this application applicant agrees to the Sorticulture Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement.
