Paws to Paint at Main Everett Library Branch – Auditorium

Paint a pet portrait with PawsWithCause! Your completed pet portrait can be shown off on your social media site, to help get that animal a new home. Or, donate it back to PawsWithCause and it will be displayed in an area hallway gallery – you’ll become an instant artist! This programs is for adults. Space is limited.

Pacifica Chamber Orchestra (PCO) presents their Winter Concert

3 p.m.
Join PCO for their Annual Showcase of Local Young Talents including Jer-Shyan Chang, Peyton Chen, and Katie Shen. The concert will be held at Zion Lutheran Church (4634 Alger Ave, Everett WA 98203). These three talented musicians will perform music by Philip Glass, Felix Mendelssohn, and W.A. Mozart. PCO will perform a Prelude for String Orchestra composed in 1986 by Leonie Holmes of New Zealand and a lush String Serenade composed by Mieczyslaw Karlowicz in 1897 (almost 20th century!) Snag tickets at the door 30-minutes before concert: $25 adults, $20 students/65+. Cash or check only.

The Journeys' Annual Christmas Concert

Come celebrate a traditional Christmas and the sounds of the season with music featuring Bronn Journey and his harp along with special guests, the fabulous choir “Breath of Aire.” Bronn brings a folksy style with spontaneity to an instrument commonly thought of as classical. Along with Bronn will be a small ensemble featuring strings, flutes, clarinet piano and percussion. The concert of inspired music and lighthearted humor will be enjoyed by all ages. Holiday Music featuring Monica Schley

Monica Schley is Seattle’s most versatile harpist. Classically trained, she freelances in many styles: new music, chamber, improvisational, avant garde, jazz and rock. Monica will play live holiday harp music on Thursday, December 21 in the food court. Come be a part of the Christmas cheer!

Teen Night at Schack Art Center

Teen Night is a free, monthly event featuring art-making with local artists. December Teen Night at the Schack be extra special including cookies, cocoa and awesome Wintertide inspired art making! Projects include Paper Ornamental Stars and GLOW jewelry and ornaments using black light shrinky dinks. To attend a parent/guardian must complete the form. Free Snacks and all supplies provided.

Arthur Murray Holiday Dance Class at Everett Mall

Visit Everett Mall on Friday, Dec. 22 for an hour of dancing fun with Arthur Murray Everett. The dance class is free, and you have a chance to win free classes with Arthur Murray Everett! All you must do is participate -- aka Rumba, Tango, or Two-Step-- in the class to win! The dance class will be in the space near center court.
